NOOR LUXE Terms

1. What the NOOR LUXE is

The NOOR LUXE (the "Club") is a paid membership offered by Noor Qalb ("Noor Qalb", "we", "us") on noorqalb.com. It is an automatically renewing membership: once you join, you are charged a recurring fee every 30 days until you cancel. Each fee you pay is returned to you as store credit, and while you are a member you get the benefits listed in section 5.

These Club Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If they conflict, these Club Terms apply to the membership.

2. Who can join

• The Club is available only to customers in the United States, for orders shipped to a US address and paid in US dollars (USD) on noorqalb.com.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your state.
• One membership per person. Your membership is linked to the email address used at checkout.

3. How you join and what you agree to

You can join on a product page, by choosing "Add to Bag — as a NOOR LUXE member", or in your cart, where you choose between Member and Guest. Guest means you pay the regular price and nothing renews. When you choose Member and complete your order, you:

• join the NOOR LUXE;
• agree to these Club Terms; and
• authorize us to charge $39.90 every 30 days to the payment method used for your order (or any payment method you later add for the membership), starting 30 days after your order, until you cancel.

When you choose Member, your cart shows the price you pay today and the membership terms, including the recurring price ($39.90) and frequency (every 30 days), before you pay. At checkout, the membership appears as its own line, free for the first cycle. You can switch to Guest in your cart at any time before you pay; prices in your cart update automatically.

After you join, you receive your order confirmation and a NOOR LUXE welcome email that confirms your membership, its price, its billing frequency and how to cancel. Please keep it. We then email you 3 days before every charge.

4. Price, billing and store credit

4.1 Price and billing dates

• First cycle: $0. Your first 30-day cycle starts on the day of your order.
• After that: $39.90 USD every 30 days, charged automatically on your billing date, until you cancel, unless you have accepted a promotional price (section 4.2). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.
• There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
• Reminder: we email you 3 days before every charge, with the amount and the date of the charge.

4.2 Your fee becomes store credit

• Each successful $39.90 charge is added as $39.90 of store credit (USD) to your Noor Qalb customer account. The free first cycle does not create credit.
• Promotional offers. We may offer you a lower membership price, for example when you manage or cancel your membership in your account. Any such offer, its price and how long it lasts are shown on screen before you accept it. If you accept our offer of $29.90 every 30 days, each successful $29.90 charge still adds $39.90 of store credit to your account, for as long as your membership continues. Promotional offers may grant more credit than the fee paid. Offers are made at our discretion, are personal to the member they are shown to, and can be accepted only where they appear in your account.
• You can use your credit at checkout on noorqalb.com when you are signed in to your account: on the payment page, tick "Apply store credit" and your balance is applied to your order, up to the order total. Any remaining credit stays in your account.
• Your credit does not expire. It stays in your account if you skip, pause or cancel, or if a payment fails.
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. It cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be used to pay the membership fee.
• Store credit is in USD and can be used on orders paid in USD.
• Your credit balance is shown in your account.

4.3 If a payment fails

If we cannot collect a charge, we will let you know by email and try again up to 3 times over the following 6 days. From the first failed attempt until the charge is collected, your member benefits (member pricing, free shipping and member free pieces) are on hold. You will not receive credit for a charge we did not collect. If the charge still cannot be collected after our last attempt, your membership is paused, not canceled: no further attempts are made and your benefits stay on hold. As soon as the charge is paid, your membership and your benefits resume and you receive the store credit for that charge. To restart it, update your payment method in Manage my membership or email contact@noorqalb.com. Any credit you already have stays yours.

5. Member benefits

Benefits apply from the order in which you join and only while your membership is active, including during a skipped cycle. They are on hold while your membership is paused and while a payment is past due (section 4.3), and they stop as soon as you cancel or your membership ends (section 6).

• A free jewelry piece with every paid renewal. Each paid renewal unlocks one free jewelry piece that you choose from our member gift collection on noorqalb.com. The collection is made up of our jewelry pieces whose regular price (the price shown in our store, not a crossed-out price), for the version (variant) you choose, is $39.90 or less, including our Custom Name Necklace 18k and other name necklaces priced $39.90 or less. Accessories (such as the gift box or the chain extender), the belly chain, our Wasl multiple-name necklaces and bracelets, and any piece or version with a regular price above $39.90 are not part of it, even when on sale. To receive it, sign in to your account, add the piece to your cart together with at least one other paid jewelry piece priced $20 or more, and check out in US dollars: the free piece shows at $0 in your cart before you pay. If you check out without being signed in to your account, for example with an express payment button on a product page, the free piece is not applied. One free piece per order: if your cart holds several items from the member gift collection, the lowest-priced one is the free piece. Unlocked free pieces add up: there is no limit to how many you can unlock, and each one you have not used yet can be used on a later order, one per order. When you use a free piece, the earliest one you unlocked is used first. Free pieces are never sent on their own, do not receive the $10 member discount and do not count toward quantity savings. Nothing is given before your first paid renewal; your free first cycle, skipped cycles and charges we could not collect do not unlock a free piece. Renewals paid at a promotional price count. Paid renewals are counted per person, across all your memberships. Unlocked free pieces have no time limit while your membership is active; they are on hold while your membership is paused or a payment is past due, and any you have not used end when you cancel. The items in the member gift collection may change. A free piece has no guaranteed value, no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• $10 off every jewelry piece. Each jewelry piece in your cart priced $20 or more is $10 less than the guest price, including pieces in our bundles and sets. It does not apply to accessories (for example the gift box or the chain extender), to the membership itself, or to a piece that is already free under an offer. The $10 combines with our quantity savings and with most promotions on our site; some promotions may exclude it. Your cart always shows the final member price before you pay.
• Free standard shipping on every later order placed as a member and shipped to a US address, with no minimum order amount. Faster shipping options are discounted, not free. On the order in which you join, shipping is as shown in your cart before you pay.
• Member-only extras. From time to time, members may get early access to some of our sales and new collections, and other member-only surprises. These extras are offered at our discretion, with no set frequency, date or value, and are not part of the price of the membership. We usually tell members about them by email, so they may reach you only if you receive our emails.

Getting your benefits on later orders. After the order in which you join, you do not need to choose Member again. Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com with the email of your membership before you check out: member pricing and free shipping are applied automatically, and your cart shows them before you pay. Choosing Member again would start a second membership.

Benefits apply to orders on noorqalb.com paid in USD and shipped to a US address. We may adjust or add benefits; if we remove or reduce a benefit listed above, we will tell you by email in advance (see section 9).

6. Skip, pause or cancel

You are in control, at any time, without contacting anyone:

1. Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com.
2. Open Manage my membership (direct link: noorqalb.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer).
3. Choose Skip, Pause or Cancel and confirm.

You can also email contact@noorqalb.com and we will do it for you.

• Skip: the next charge is not taken and you do not receive new credit for that cycle. You keep your member benefits during the skipped cycle. Your membership continues after it.
• Pause: no charges for the pause period you choose in your account, and no new credit. Member pricing, free shipping and member free pieces are on hold until your membership restarts. It restarts automatically at the end of the pause, and we remind you 3 days before the next charge as usual.
• Your existing credit stays usable while a cycle is skipped or paused.
• Cancel: to avoid the next charge, cancel any time before your billing date. Once you cancel, no further charges are made and your member benefits (member pricing, free shipping and member free pieces) stop at that moment. All your store credit stays in your account.

We confirm every skip, pause and cancellation by email.

7. Membership charges

• Each membership charge is turned into store credit, so membership charges are not refundable once collected, except where the law requires it.
• To avoid a charge, cancel any time before your billing date (see section 6). We remind you 3 days before every charge.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at contact@noorqalb.com and we will look into it.
• Refunds of jewelry orders, including orders paid partly with store credit, follow our Refund Policy. Any amount paid with store credit is returned as store credit.

8. Ending a membership on our side

We may end a membership in case of fraud, abuse of the benefits or a breach of these terms, or if we close the Club. If we close the Club, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before, stop all charges, and your store credit will remain usable on noorqalb.com.

9. Changes to these terms or the price

We may change these Club Terms or the membership price. For any change to the price, the billing frequency or a benefit listed above (including member free pieces), we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies, with a link to cancel. If you do not want the change, you can cancel before it applies at no cost. Changes never affect store credit you already have.

Do I pay anything today?

No. Joining costs $0 today. Your first charge of $39.90 happens 30 days after your order, and we email you 3 days before it so you can skip, pause or cancel if you prefer.

Where does my $39.90 go?

Back to you. Each $39.90 charge is added as $39.90 of store credit on your Noor Qalb account, to spend on any jewelry on noorqalb.com. It never expires.

How do I use my store credit?

Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com before you check out. On the payment page, tick "Apply store credit": your balance is applied to your order, up to the order total, and any remaining credit stays in your account.

How do I get member prices on my next orders?

Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com with your membership email before you check out. Your member prices and free shipping apply automatically. You don't need to choose Member again.

When do I get my free pieces?

Every paid renewal unlocks one free jewelry piece of your choice from our member gift collection (pieces with a regular price of $39.90 or less, including our Custom Name Necklace 18k and other name necklaces at that price; Wasl pieces are not included). Sign in to your account, add it to your cart with another paid jewelry piece of $20 or more, and it shows at $0 before you pay. One free piece per order, the earliest unlocked first; the ones you have not used yet add up while you are a member, with no limit. Nothing is given before your first paid renewal, free pieces are not sent on their own, and unused ones end if you cancel.

What are member-only extras?

From time to time, members may get early access to some of our sales and new collections, and other little surprises. They are offered at our discretion, with no set frequency or value, and we usually announce them by email.

How do I cancel?

Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com, open Manage my membership and tap Cancel. It takes less than a minute. You can also email contact@noorqalb.com. Cancel before your billing date and you will not be charged again. Your member benefits stop when you cancel; your credit stays yours.

I joined by mistake. What can I do?

Nothing is charged on the day you join. Cancel any time before your first billing date, from your account or by emailing contact@noorqalb.com, and you will never be charged. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we will look into it.

Can I combine the $10 off with other offers?

Yes, with our quantity savings and with most promotions on our site; some promotions may exclude it. Your cart always shows the final price before you pay.
